  • "I joined Crossfit Bradford to continue my weight loss journey. I had started to plateau and needed to make a change to my routine and start building more muscle and increase my endurance. My biggest accomplishment has been losing weight, to date in the last 3 years I have lost 155 pounds. Since starting at Crossfit Bradford I have been able to increase my mobility and endurance drastically. I was using a 24" box to do my air squats and now I'm able to use an 18" box with weights. I am continuing my lifestyle change, and that is my focus as I continue to come to Crossfit Bradford. Crossfit Bradford has a great atmosphere and everyone is so supportive of each other.   • "I joined Cross Fit Bradford in 2019, taking part in the BPM program, and itís been exactly what I was looking for. The people at Cross Fit Bradford, both coaches and participants, are very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is supportive and fun, encouraging you to continue to strive to reach your own fitness goals. They keep the sessions interesting by incorporating a large variety of exercises and activities, all of which are demonstrated first by the coaches. They are happy to modify the programs to suit individual needs. For instance, I broke my wrist shortly after joining but didnít necessarily want to stop attending. The Coaches were very accommodating, personalizing the sessions to allow me to continue participating. I have enjoyed and benefited from my first few months at Cross Fit Bradford, and look forward to many more."


  • "I joined CrossFit because I needed to take my physical recovery into my own hands, as well as my own personal health. I started out with personal training because of all my injuries and limitations. Within 3 weeks I transitioned into the BPM class, which is more cardio and conditioning based class. I truly enjoy this class. I go faithfully 3 times per week. Coach Crystal is a great motivator and will adjust the workout to accommodate for injuries or limitations. I have lost 20lbs in 3 months, I am in less pain, I sleep better, and I am getting stronger and more dexterity, flexibility, and stamina with each workout. Iíve lost many years to my pain and limitations. I had tried a typical gym and I didnít have results. CrossFit/BPM workouts are different each day, so your muscles are working, no muscle memory stagnation, and you are not bored. Iím currently working towards new goals, and I set these goals 2-3 months apart as to keep them attainable. Iím glad I found CrossFit on Facebook. My life is slowly changing for the better.   • "I joined CrossFit Bradford just over one year ago - after having my son, I was looking for a program geared towards post-partum fitness, that lead me to Diapers and Dumbbells. I fell in love with this program, itís geared towards mothers going through similar fitness struggles and coming together as a community of ďstrong momsĒ. The diapers and dumbbells program started my fitness journey but itís CrossFit Bradfordís comfortable and friendly environment that kept me coming back. Over the year, Crossfit Bradford has provided me various forms of training - from proper exercising techniques to healthy eating habits and nutritional challenges. Coach Laura went as far as to alter my entire program when I broke my collarbone so I was still able to continue my workouts! :) After Diapers and dumbbells I joined BPM, and I fallen more in love with BPM then I did with diapers! The workouts are amazing, always unique, and we always sweat. Coach Crystal is amazing, as she makes me feel as though Iím in a personal training session, within a class situation. Crystal pushes my fitness comfort zone and has helped me reach my goals and get me into the best shape of my life (and thatís after having a kid!). Every class is always different, so you're not feeling like your doing the same workout every time. The program allows for anyone to participate and they are able to challenge themselves as they want.   • "I needed a change in my life as I rapidly approach my forties. My wife recognized it without even asking me. She thought something to get me out of my comfort zone would help. Something to provide an outlet, to reduce stress and anxiety. Something to get me moving and improve my overall health and well-being. Something that will provide the extra kick of energy to be a positive role-model at home after a hectic work day. Something to help me sleep better at night. She gifted me the CrossFit Bradford foundations course and I made it my new years resolution for 2019. I learned about the facility and met some of the coaches and community and caught such a positive vibe from it that I signed up. Joining CFB has been exactly what I needed. I have been going to CFB four days a week for almost a year now. It has been quite a journey for me. The beginning had me way out of my comfort zone. I have never been an "athlete" by any means but learning the movements and weight lifting exercises has sparked something in me that I never even knew was there. Don't get me wrong, the first 3 months were a grind. I was constantly sore and nervous I would injure myself. The coaches are fantastic and really look out for you. They watch out for your form and give tips on how to do things more effectively or safely. The community of athletes are always encouraging and provide a positive environment to work out at any level. Everyone wants you to succeed. Everyone is in your corner. You can't even put a price on that. CrossFit has become my own personal sport. I haven't felt this strong in my entire life and am proud of what I have already accomplished. There is so much more for to achieve on this journey to get fit, be strong, and have the mental and physical focus to take on any challenge. Bring it on!   • "This review is for anyone who is interested in trying their first Crossfit class, or just not sure on how to approach Crossfit. This gym has changed my life and my perception on health and fitness. I came from a Yoga background, with some running thrown in there for endurance.Then I found CFB. Two kids later, Iíll be approaching my third year at Crossfit Bradford, at a fitness level that was unimaginable for me. I cannot wait to see where the next three years take me! When you enter this gym for the first time, it really does not matter what background you are coming from- the coaches, programming and community are fantastic and you will do nothing but thrive! I was welcomed with open arms and so was my family. The transition from stay-at-home mom to ďathleteĒ was a tough one and still sometimes overwhelming! Whether it is a little babysitting for my daughter while I am in a class, or a few extra words of encouragement, the coaches and staff are always willing to help! I will say that my first workout was tough, but I believe they always will be. I have learned to accept this challenge against myself and keep pushing! I have nursed injuries along the way, felt discouraged, but have always had proper scaling options available to me with lots of encouragement! I am confident that my fitness level will just keep improving and that the feeling of completing, or not completing, an EMOM or AMRAP will just keep me coming back for more; striving to be faster, stronger and just BETTER! My fitness journey is still a work in progress, but I love it and the community I share it with! Thank you Crossfit Bradford for entering my life at the perfect time. My family thanks you as well.   • "My CrossFit journey started 5 months ago. Like many others, I was skeptical at the beginning. I had tried regular gym and personal trainer in the past and it all fell apart after a while due to lack of motivation, getting lazy, cost and coming up with every excuse not to go to the gym or not pushing myself hard enough when at the gym. The set up at CFB works perfect for me. Working with a small group of now good friends under experienced coaches supervision and WOD that is already put together by a professional which can be accessed and get prepared for the previous day, signing up for classes that you cannot cancel less than an hour before the start of the class, available seminars and training sessions to improve form to prevent injury, available nutrition and/or diet programs and guidance, all in all it is a one stop shop for all my fitness needs. The fact that everybody is welcomed and supported at any stages of fitness, seeing athletes bringing their toddlers with them pushes me on and challenges me when it gets tough to fit in a class in my busy daily schedule. Many thanks to Dan and Laura also all the coaches and staff at CFB. "

  • "My journey with CrossFit Bradford started May 2019 when I decided it was time to start working out again after having my son. I joined Diapers and Dumbbells with Laura and it was the best decision I could have made. She took the time to ensure you werenít doing more harm than good when it comes to healing your abdominal muscles. It was definitely a step in the right direction for me. Once the Diapers and Dumbbells sessions were over I decided to join CFB. The coaches have been so supportive and have helped me along the way. They have given me the encouragement I need to push outside my comfort zone while ensuring proper form and technique. I highly recommend CFB to anyone; no matter what your fitness level is! Any workout can be scaled to you! "

  • " I joined CrossFit Bradford in November 2017, and as other members will say, it has changed my life. A little about myself, when I graduated from University I unfortunately failed an exam that I needed to continue my career path. I was in a rut, studying all day and feeling run down. Being stuck at a standstill I decided that I needed to get back into being active and started looking at gym options. That is when I found CrossFit Bradford! It takes courage to make the first step to contact the gym, but I promise you will not regret it. Walking in for my No Sweat Session I was anxious not knowing what to expect with thoughts of self-doubt. But after being welcomed by Dan, talking with him I knew that this was the place for me and signed up! At first, I was nervous, then quickly found out it is not a competition of who is the fastest or who can lift the heaviest, it is about how much you can push yourself to progress. In the beginning, you worry that you are going to hurt yourself and the movements are too complex, but that is the amazing coaches come in. The coaches at the gym get to know you and will be able to encourage and guide you to succeed in the goals you want to achieve. At first, I felt as if I was only making baby steps in progress of my strength, but then I realized that something much greater changed; my mindset. I was happier than I had been in a long time and it was because of the amazing coaching team and the other members. You make friends with so many different people, and the support everyone gives one another is incredible. When I started I only attended two days a week now I average five because of the community. I found myself going outside of my comfort zone because of the amazing support. I competed in a CrossFit competition six months into joining the gym, which I thought I would never do. CrossFit Bradford cares for their community, you truly feel that they are always aiming to make it a greater place be. From new equipment, in-house competitions, bring a friend, goal setting sessions, etc., CrossFit Bradford strives to create an incredible environment for their community. I have developed so much as a person from being a part of the CrossFit Bradford family, I am happier, healthier, and more determined to take on my goals for the future, inside and outside of the gym.   • ""As an Athlete in a past life who had suffered a fairly significant ankle injury; I was pretty scared to walk into CrossFit Bradford. My body didnít work like it used to, I hate traditional gyms, and I needed something to push myself mentally and not risk further damage to my foot. I spoke personally with the owners Laura and Dan and they encouraged me to sign up for introductory classes. I have been a member for a year now. CrossFit Bradford is more than just your community CrossFit gym it has become an institution for all levels of fitness as well as embodies a sense of family and community.   • "Crossfit... That can be a scary word. We've all had misconceptions of what that might mean. Some people think it will be "too hardcore" for their level of fitness. Some people think that "It's only for the die-hard fitness buff." But let me assure you it is for everyone? CrossFit Bradford is unlike anything I have ever experienced in any fitness environment. In the past, I have belonged to other gyms, but I wouldn't have a clue where to start. So I spend most of the time walking around the track. At CrossFit Bradford, the structured workouts are all planned for you, and are modified to your level of fitness. From day 1, I felt part of a wonderful, supportive, and extremely positive 'team like' atmosphere. I manage my daily stress better, and feel better too. My body is changing; stronger, and so is my outlook on life. The high intensity, short duration WOD's are challenging and rewarding, with no repetitive daily routines. But it's the CrossFit Bradford community of amazing people and coaches that make this place so special. From the workout challenges to the occasional CrossFit Bradford outings, there's always something new and exciting to participate in, and push yourself past any limits you have. So if you are reading this, don't waste another minute of your life. I wish I could show you , before and after, because you wouldn't hesitate to start your own journey.   • "I am so happy to have found CrossFit Bradford! After becoming a mother, I needed something to help motivate me to work out more consistently. I had heard about Crossfit, but always thought it was too advanced for my skill level. I'm so glad I contacted Dan and Laura to find out more about it. Not only did they make me feel comfortable right away, but I learned from them that the beauty of CrossFit is you can have al different skill levels in one class and there are enough modifications so that it is challenging for each level.!   • "Iíve never been a gym guy, but thatís not to say I havenít tried. Iíve signed up with traditional gyms multiple times with the intention of going consistently. Iíd get home from work and find an excuse as to why that day wasnít good or go and find myself not knowing what I should be doing. I found the environment intimidating and never had fun going which has always lead to me not going and wasting another useless membership. Iíve had some experience with personal training at the gym and I did feel like it was very helpful but it was expensive. The coaching at CrossFit Bradford is amazing. Our coaches are very knowledgeable and have a keen eye for technique to keep the workouts safe. They are also amazing at pushing me to shatter my goals and Iím seeing amazing results because of them. The final thing that makes CrossFit Bradford so unique for is the community. Iíve never had so much support and encouragement at a gym. Everyone is on their own journey which puts them at different stages but the groups rally around each other to help get you through those tough days. If youíre like me and have had a tough time in the past with regular gyms I couldnít recommend CrossFit Bradford more. These guys are the best!"
